Our organization was established to address critical regional needs across Upper Mississippi River Basin & Minnesota River Valley through evidence-based programs, professional management, and deep community partnerships.
We operate with complete transparency, regular independent financial reviews, and a volunteer board of directors representing civic, educational, and professional leaders from across our region.
